In a lovely example of inter-cultural exchange in Asia, teen Asian ladies and young men from Philippines fulfilled in Malaysia in an annual children leadership convention in Malaysia. The Oriental Youth Women’s Leadership Teaching Conference held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by December twenty six to January 12, 2020, honed young leaders by both cultures and prepared all of them for life within their respective home countries. The big event showcased the importance of building networks of youngsters with equivalent goals and values and also gave young management from both cultures a chance to learn from one another and share encounters.
